Dear Clients,
As you are aware, Coronavirus is a new respiratory virus that originated in Wuhan, China. The virus is contagious and, in some cases, fatal. It is suspected that it is transmitted through coughing and sneezing by infected individuals. At the present time, there is no vaccine, cure or specific treatment.

Please note that we do not expect this to have any effect on our current potential clients/clients, as our firm can do almost all representation remotely.

However, for the safety of our employees and our clients, we are implementing the following policy:

If you have an in-office appointments, please do not attend if you are sick. We will be happy to change your appointment to phone/video conference. This policy also applies to our staff, who will work remotely if they are ill.

Additionally, all in-office appointment may be switched to phone/video conference upon request.

In accordance with the CDC recommendations, all of our staff members are practicing appropriate hand-washing techniques as well as wiping down commonly touched surfaces daily such as doorknobs and light switches.

Please let our office know if you have any additional questions.
Regards,
